Originally opened as Dopetapas, our journey began with a love for bold, social dining — a place where great food brought people together. As our culinary vision evolved, so did our name. Cala — meaning “cove” in several Mediterranean languages — reflects the modern coastal spirit we bring to the table, inspired by the relaxed elegance of Italy, France, and Spain.

Our menu celebrates seasonal Irish ingredients paired with Mediterranean technique and soul. We believe in food that’s simple but expressive, served in a space that feels both refined and welcoming — much like the little harborside town we call home.
