At Cala Restaurant, we believe great dining should feel both refined and genuinely enjoyable—where quality ingredients and attention to detail come together effortlessly.
A modern European brasserie rooted in seasonality, our kitchen works with trusted Irish suppliers to source the best of land and sea—from Carlingford oysters and fresh coastal seafood to carefully selected meats and seasonal produce from across the country. Our menus evolve regularly, guided by flavour, balance, and simplicity.
Our approach is grounded in classic technique and restraint, allowing ingredients to speak for themselves while delivering consistency and care in every dish.
Open for dinner from 5–10pm, Wednesday to Saturday, Cala offers a relaxed yet polished setting—ideal for evenings that feel considered but never formal.
Alongside the food, our wine list brings together classic regions and modern producers, thoughtfully chosen to complement the menu.
